During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. soi55 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card to complete the account verification process.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised access.
- Please notify the soi55 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or operate an account is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the soi55 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). soi55 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers from major Malaysian financial institutions and approved eWallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method — eWallets are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the soi55 account holder.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Account Policy, Term Changes & Governing Law

Soi55 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, illegal activity, prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months, or at the direction of a competent authority. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the closure.
Changes to These Terms
Soi55 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by providing reasonable notice to users via the platform. Notice of changes will be displayed on the soi55 homepage or sent through in-account notifications. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
